Mr. Cruice graduated cum laude from Bob Jones University in 2003 with a Bachelors degree in Accounting. During college he worked as a staff accountant for a regional building contractor and served as an audit intern with Ernst & Young LLP in Greenville, South Carolina. After joining the Titan team in 2004, Mr. Cruice worked for 3 years as a multifamily asset manager but has spent the majority of his time working with multifamily acquisitions.
