As Director for Titan’s
development team, John is responsible for commercial property
development.
Mr. Norman has over 20 years of senior management
experience in the commercial real estate disciplines of acquisition,
entitlement, design/engineering, construction, leasing and disposition.
His commercial project experience has included over 13 million
square feet of commercial real estate developed, marketed or constructed.
Development projects have included CBD and suburban
office buildings, corporate headquarters, industrial and warehouse
business parks, retail community centers and regional malls, and
mixed-use commercial/residential development. His Build-to-Suit
experience includes corporate office, manufacturing, research/development
and warehouse distribution facilities.
Prior to Titian, Mr. Norman was a Managing
Director Development for CB Richard Ellis/Insignia Financial Group.
He has held senior development management positions at The Voit
Companies, Katell Properties and Bentall Properties, Canada. His
general contractor experience includes positions as Director of
Program Management for Oltmans Construction Company, California/Nevada/Arizona
and Senior Vice President - Operations for Dominion Construction,
Canada.

John received successive
Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Construction Management
magna cum laude from California State University, Long Beach.
He has completed post graduate programs in Investment Real Estate
and Environmental Site Assessment and Remediation from the University
of California, Los Angeles.
His professional membership associations include the Urban Land
Institute and National Association of Industrial and Office Parks.
Mr. Norman holds State of California licenses as a Real Estate
Sales Broker and General Building Contractor.
