As the President and
Chief Operating Officer of Jalmar Properties, Inc. AMO, James
H. Donell oversees all aspects of the operation and management
of the company. With its corporate offices in Los Angeles, California,
the company provides full service property management and leasing
services in California, Arizona and Nevada. The company provides
management services for Titan's commercial, industrial, and retail
centers.
Mr. Donell is a Certified Property Manager (CPM),
a graduate of Grossmont College, and he attended San Diego State
University where he majored in business management.

He is a licensed real
estate broker in California and Nevada and also holds a Nevada
Property Management Permit. He is an active member of several
organizations, including the Institute of Real Estate Management
(IREM), the CCIM Institute, Los Angeles Apartment Owners Association,
The California Receiver’s Forum and the National Association
of Realtors.
